I am a meat eater. I love my steaks, those juicy fillets, roast chicken, crispy bacon, mutton kebabs and that chargrilled lobster. But a //predominantly// plant based diet is what is good for liver & heart. Everyone must know this. Indulge your cravings only occasionally.
