SpaceX's Gwynne Shotwell says the mission on orbit was "incredibly quiet," can't recall any standout anomalies. Biggest issues were a backup generator on the Go Navigator recovery ship, and the slight excess of dinitrogen tetroxide fumes outside the capsule on the boat.
