This debate is chasing up the wrong tree -- diet. The right places to look? Meal frequency & sedentariness. Even today 98% of rural population is diabetes-free because of (1)only two meals a day (no snacking) and (2)lots of natural exercise & sunshine cc: @drjasonfung
